Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales associate to support the commercial side, focusing on profitable growth through customer retention and upsell. You will collaborate with the GM to coach Team Members and ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, strong communication, and ability to source from multiple channels. It is a full-time position with commission-based incentives and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred; proven sales ability.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks toward goals.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
