The role requires working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment, with emphasis on drafting clear explanations for redlines and applying technology transaction expertise to MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
• Experience in technology transactions is a plus.
