YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to support a confidential Legal AI project. You will review commercial agreements, perform redlines, and provide legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise, with the ability to work remotely in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
