Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Commercial Appraiser to engage valuation assignments, define scope, and determine methods for valuing property across CRE projects. You will lead data collection, market research, and analyses of highest and best use, revenue performance, and comps to form opinions of value.

The role requires strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and grow business with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Certified General Appraiser license; MAI designation a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage valuation assignments and determine scope of work and appropriate approaches.
  • Collect data and conduct market research for valuations.
  • Analyze highest and best use scenarios and revenue/expense performance.
  • Develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models.
  • Analyze comparables and cost analyses to form opinions of value.
  • Prepare and communicate appraisal conclusions and client deliverables.
  • Mentor less experienced professionals and support client relationships.
