THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PAINTER

THE SCHEDULE:

Standard hours are 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional night or weekend work based on project needs.

YOUR ROLE:

You'll complete thorough, quality work on customers' buildings that meets expectations and our company standards. Safety is key in all activities, and you may work alone or with a team depending on the project. Responsibilities include fully preparing surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, and repairing imperfections) and covering the areas you're not painting before precisely applying paint and coatings. Once the job is done, you'll clean up your work area and do whatever else you can to make sure the client has a positive experience.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional painting experience
• Current OSHA 30 training
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout the Midwest
• Flexibility for working some weekend/night hours as needed

Our ideal candidate already has residential and commercial painting experience and is experienced with traveling for work or supporting multi-location projects.
