Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc is seeking a Commercial Agreement Specialist to support contract administration and procurement activities. The role involves preparing contracts, maintaining records, and onboarding suppliers within a global framework.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure terms are clear and compliance is maintained. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of related experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with MS Office and contract management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain or related field.
• Certificate in Paralegal Studies or a post‑degree certificate preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in contract administration, procurement, or related office roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard contracts and amendments using approved templates.
• Support creation, filing, and tracking of contract documents.
• Maintain contract records accurately in the contract management system.
• Assist with simple supplier onboarding documentation.
• Explain basic contract terms, policies, and procedures to internal teams.
• Support compliance checks and routine audits.

Education & Certifications

Experience & Technical Skills
