The Position

A well-established community platform company is seeking a commercial attorney to support ongoing SaaS and adtech contract review during a parental leave. You will work closely with a small legal team, supporting a steady flow of commercial agreements with varying levels of complexity. This is a collaborative role with clear expectations around responsiveness and communication.

The project starts September 28, requires 20 hours per week,is approximately 4months andis remote, hybrid or onsite with preference for candidates based in San Franciscoor NYC. Hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $90and $100. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
