Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Commercial Account Review operations, priorities, workload, service levels and quality.
• Coach and develop team members, ensure performance consistency and accountability.
• Assess structure, staffing, tools, and workflows for scalability and alignment.
• Define priorities, manage risk concerns, and recommend changes to leadership.
• Own commercial account opening processes, documentation standards, and timelines.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and training opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, and process documentation for CAR and related operations.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking, Treasury Management, Lending, Deposit Ops, Compliance and others to clarify ownership and handoffs.
• Support training and rollout of new processes ensuring audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
• Lead projects affecting CAR, account opening, and operational controls; coordinate with systems and vendors.
• Develop and report department metrics to leadership on workload, turnaround times, trends, and capacity.
