Job summary

Interstate AC Service in Nashville is seeking a Commercial HVAC Account Manager to drive new business and build lasting customer relationships in the HVAC service sales area. A self-starter who can work well with a team will thrive here.

The role offers a salary of $50K-$60K+ (depending on experience) plus an uncapped commission structure and comprehensive benefits. All work is in and around the Nashville area.

• 2+ Years of HVAC Account Manager Business to Business Sales.

• Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers.
• Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.
• Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.
• Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.
• Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.

The Commercial HVAC Account Manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the HVAC service sales aspect of the company. We will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player.
