Company Description & Job Overview

We're looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procore's Sales team. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts, leveraging your understanding of Procore's products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales members, and Product Solution Specialists to maintain and grow our customer revenue base.

This position can be based remotely in the US or at our offices in Carpinteria, CA; Austin, TX; or Tampa, FL. We are interested in candidates eager to learn about sales opportunities at Procore, with potential for future growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary contact within your geographic territory, nurturing customer relationships and highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption, ensure retention, and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and gather business requirements.
  4. Maintain accurate forecasts and provide sales activity reports to management.
  5. Stay informed about competitors to effectively communicate Procore's value proposition.
  6. Manage leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com.
  7. Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Coordinate internal resources to resolve client issues and execute service agreements.
  9. Travel periodically for onsite client visits.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful software sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Experience with consultative, solution-based sales methodologies is preferred.
  • Proven success in inside sales roles.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with post-sale revenue expansion is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
Additional Information

The pay range is $46.00 - $65.00 hourly plus commissions, with estimated on-target earnings of $160,000 - $225,000. The role is eligible for equity compensation. Actual pay will depend on skills, experience, education, and location.
