Our up-market Commercial team works with organizations of 250-10,000 employees. You will be part of a fast-paced environment with personalized training and career growth opportunities.

Vertical

This role focuses on selling into the Health and Life Sciences industry, including Payers, Providers, MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, and BioTech. You may be aligned with various Salesforce Clouds such as Slack, NetZero Cloud, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Digital.

Day to Day

Engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships and helping customers realize value from their investments. Develop opportunities via warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

Responsibilities
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Formulate and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs.
  • Perform account planning and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Communicate Salesforce’s value proposition.
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of full-cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities or focusing on new logos.
  • Strong presentation and strategic planning skills.
  • Relevant experience in leadership, military, volunteer roles, or work history.

Salary Range

For roles based in New York and California, the salary range is $85,300 to $177,450. For Illinois, it’s $77,550 to $177,450. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and skills.
