Hermès Americas is seeking a Commerce Systems Architect to lead the SAP S/4 Hana architecture design for the Milky Way project across the Americas. You will connect logistics, omnichannel, and data lake repositories, ensuring end‑to‑end order flow remains efficient.

The role is hybrid, requiring hands-on delivery, strong communication with Paris and NYC teams, and proactive change management to enable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Retail IT industry.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree; MBA/masters preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA or similar Retail ERP systems.
• Familiarity with retail systems including Cegid POS, Magento and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IT Transformation strategy for the region.
• Design and oversee SAP S/4 Hana architecture during Milky Way project.
• Act as integration gatekeeper for commerce system integrations.
• Coordinate with Paris, NYC, and global partners across continents.
• Lead delivery of data migration, system updates, and testing.
