Nuvant Consulting Group in Oregon is seeking a Commerce Solutions Advisor to help small business owners optimize how they take orders and payments. You’ll learn a proven playbook and work with a supportive team, ensuring transitions are smooth and successful.

You will have real conversations, uncover what current setups cost, and guide clients to a fit-for-purpose payment/SaaS solution. This full-time role rewards results with monthly bonuses and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Formación

• Friendly, curious communicator who listens well.
• Reliable and organized with strong follow-through.
• Coachable and comfortable learning a new process.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales helps.

Responsabilidades

• Have real conversations with business owners about how their day works
• Ask questions that uncover what their current setup is costing them
• Walk them through a payment and point-of-sale solution that fits
• Answer concerns honestly and help them feel good about the change
• Stay their go-to contact as they get set up and running
• Record each conversation and next step in the CRM
