Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Commerce Platform to identify opportunities, shape the product roadmap, and deliver capabilities that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will translate customer pain points into clear product requirements and roadmaps for multiple surfaces in the commerce space. You will report to the Director, Product Management, Commerce Platform, and collaborate with marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and sales to prioritize

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in digital product management.
• 5+ years of experience having worked directly with UX, Engineering, and Testing teams.
• Experience driving complex projects across a large, cross functional organization.

Responsibilities

• Define commerce capabilities that enable customers to self-serve, try, buy, and manage their subscription.
• Drive new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across all commerce channels.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals and OKRS.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and available resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize features.
• Document clear requirements and use cases to be passed on to UX and Engineering teams and drive product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative data insights, as well as industry best practices to prioritize opportunities across Docusign's customer journey.
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess product performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Monitor KPIs related to revenue, conversion, and other relevant metrics
