Job summary

Logos is seeking a Commerce Product Manager to own product strategy and delivery across our commerce and payments tech stack. You will define the product vision, gather requirements, and work with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ship features that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes prioritization, a data-informed approach, and collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years developing and deploying iterative digital software products, preferably in ecommerce or app monetization.
• 2+ years leading multi-disciplinary product teams through full lifecycle.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and evolving processes with AI.
• Experience owning and driving a product backlog and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog across two development teams.
• Own the roadmap and sprint delivery process with agile ceremonies and acceptance criteria.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative product data to inform prioritization.
• Translate CRO and funnel insights into clear technical requirements for Engineering.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, personas, and features.
• Partner with cross-functional teams through discovery, build, and release.
