Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Commerce Copywriter to develop and maintain product content for one of our largest CPG clients across retailer and commerce platforms. You will craft PDP copy, enhanced content, and retailer store content while ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand standards.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented writers with strong proofreading skills and experience working within brand and regulatory guidelines across multiple brands and retailer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of copywriting, commerce content, product marketing, content management, or agency experience.
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and content quality management skills.
• Experience developing content for eCommerce, digital shelf, or retailer environments.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines, claims documentation, and retailer requirements.
• Experience managing multiple brands or workstreams across large product portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain product titles, feature bullets, descriptions, and PDP copy across retailer and commerce platforms.
• Develop copy for enhanced content modules, retailer brand stores, image assets, and other commerce assets.
• Translate approved product information and claims into clear, shopper-friendly messaging.
• Apply brand guidelines and retailer requirements across multiple brands and environments.
• Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality.
• Leverage AI tools to support content development and quality assurance.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while evolving content standards and workflows.
