To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits **Job Description:**This position is responsible for manning the Command Center or Podium as assigned to dispatch security personnel, receive incoming calls, and maintain required log books.**Essential duties include, but are not limited to:*** Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees and the company* Ensures that proper security is provided for all transfers of monies within the casino and hotel areas of the complex* Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures* Prepares detailed incident reports in a clear and precise manner* Operates and monitors the fire alarm and security CCTV systems* Maintains accurate security incident logs* Operates and monitors all holdup alarm systems* Implements notification process in emergency situations i.e., fire, bomb threat, weather emergencies, etc* Assists in the coordination of emergency situations* Other duties as assigned**Qualifications:*** High School Diploma or equivalent is required and a minimum of one (1) year of related experience preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience* Must apply for, obtain and remain eligible for the appropriate Seminole Tribal Gaming License* Valid Motor Vehicle License with good driving record* Must be able to complete standard company forms and reports *The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
