Job summary

Berkley Technology Services (BTS) in Wilmington, DE seeks a Command Center Manager to lead a team of Level I and II Analysts across shifts, ensuring 24x7x365 operations of our enterprise data centers. You’ll be responsible for incident response, monitoring, SLA adherence, and executive communications.

You will drive process maturity, automation, and operational efficiency while hiring, mentoring, and developing top-tier technical talent across SRE and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role within a Data Center, NOC, or SOC.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
