Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a confident Comfort Advisor to help families understand options for home comfort and make choices aligned with budget and needs.

You’ll use a listening-first approach, present transparent recommendations, and build trust with homeowners across our service area. Expect training, team support, and opportunities for advancement within a trusted local brand.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales experience preferred for HVAC or home services.
• We value strong people skills and a listening-first approach.
• Track record of staying organized and following up with customers.
• Must hold a valid driver's license to visit homes within the service area.
• A customer-first mindset with professionalism and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Explain options to homeowners and help them choose what’s right for their family and budget.
• Provide honest conversations and build trust with customers.
• Collaborate with installs and office teams to ensure smooth projects.
