Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to generate customer referrals.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations for HVAC replacement opportunities.
• Assess homeowners' needs and recommend HVAC solutions for their home.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with homeowners.
• Explain equipment options, benefits, pricing, and financing solutions.
• Present proposals and close sales with confidence.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with installation and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Generate customer referrals and build long-term relationships.
• Stay knowledgeable on HVAC equipment, products, and industry trends.

Who You Are

• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
• Have excellent verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Be willing to generate customer referrals
• Have a valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurability requirements
• Have strong customer relationship management skills
• In-home sales experience would be a plus
• Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment preferred
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and duct sizing techniques preferred
• Ability to perform all physical and mental requirements of the job
