Job summary

Airco Service in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor Sales Associate to identify prospects, provide quotes, and close HVAC solutions and home comfort needs for customers.

You will determine customer requirements, present products professionally, and help grow sales by highlighting maintenance memberships and air quality options, while leading the sales process to ensure satisfaction and strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify contact, provide quotes and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products so that these products can be presented professionally to our customers and potential customers
• Increase sales and average order size by showing the value of our maintenance membership and other air quality solutions
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post sale follow up to ensure all quotes information and pricing has been received
• Follow up with open quotes and build value to increase conversions
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including but not limited to trade shows referral groups etc
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services
• Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to the companys customer and transaction profitability requirements
• Assisting with collections and collecting payments
