Airco Service in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Comfort Advisor/Sales Associate to identify client HVAC needs, present quotes, close orders, and grow maintenance memberships. The role requires building relationships, handling follow-ups, and meeting profitability targets while representing Airco Service with professionalism.

The position offers evening/weekend availability, opportunities for training, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a full-time team in a leading HVAC service

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close HVAC orders.
• Determine customer requirements and upsell maintenance memberships.
• Maintain product knowledge to present solutions professionally.
• Increase sales by demonstrating air quality solutions.
• Lead the sales process ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes and pricing after delivery.
• Overcome objections and build value with customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Attend trade shows and referral groups to support sales.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Maintain professional appearance and service quality.
• Visit job sites to measure or provide services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms in profitability guidelines.
• Assist with collections and payments.

Airco Service is currently seeking experienced Comfort Advisor/ Sales Associate in Little Rock, AR.

Job Description

• Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of products so that these products can be presented professionally to our customers and potential customers.
• Increase sales and average order size by showing the value of our maintenance membership and other air quality solutions.
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing has been received.
• Follow up with open quotes and build value to increase conversions.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers.
• Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
• Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to the company's customer and transaction profitability requirements.
• Assisting with collections and collecting payments.
