Job summary

Adam Home Services in Havertown, PA is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home consultations, assess homeowners’ comfort needs, and present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.

You will clearly explain equipment options, pricing, and financing, build trust, and guide customers through decisions with confidence while partnering with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a seamless experience.

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Comfort Advisor who knows how to build trust, understand homeowners’ needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions. In this role, you’ll conduct in-home consultations, present customized heating and cooling options, and guide customers through their decisions with confidence and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their comfort needs, concerns, and goals.

• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify opportunities for replacement, upgrades, and improved comfort.

• Present customized heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions.

• Clearly explain equipment options, pricing, benefits, and available financing.

• Build trust with customers, confidently present recommendations, and ask for the sale.

• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.

• Work toward established sales and revenue goals.

• Partner with installation, service, and office teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

• Represent Adam Home Services with professionalism and integrity.

• Stay current on HVAC products, financing options, sales techniques, and company processes.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and communication skills.

• Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale.

• Experience conducting in-home customer appointments.

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and mobile technology.

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.

• Comfort working in a performance-based compensation environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous Comfort Advisor or residential HVAC sales experience.

• Knowledge of residential heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

• Experience presenting financing options and monthly payment solutions.

• Experience managing company-generated leads and developing self-generated opportunities.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service software.

• Experience selling maintenance memberships or service agreements.

• Sales experience in roofing, windows, solar, bath remodeling, or other home improvement industries.

• HVAC technician experience with an interest in transitioning into sales.
