Job summary

Dugan Air LLC in Franklin, Indiana is hiring a Comfort Advisor to close replacement sales by offering the right HVAC solutions and ensuring margins. You will be the trusted consultant for clients, tailoring systems to their needs and budgets.

This full-time role requires 3+ years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and comfort using iPads and iPhones for paperwork and product demos. HVAC knowledge is a plus. Commission is 4–10% in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to utilize iPads, iPhones and software technology.
• Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
• Experience in HVAC trade a plus but not a necessity

Work as needed on client’s schedules to close sales.

Pay Scale:

Base Salary with 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% Commission
