Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced welder for its industrial construction and maintenance operations. The role involves laying out, aligning, and welding fabricated components to assemble machinery frames, tanks, exchangers, and pressure vessels according to blueprints and metallurgy.

You will install and repair piping systems, set up welding equipment, and work from sketches and specifications to ensure quality and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and make repairs to pipe, boilers, towers, exchangers, furnaces, and drums.
• Set up equipment and weld either pipe, plate, or structural steel using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment.
• Work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Product quality work with reasonable efficiency.
• Perform simple piping installations and repairs.
• Assist other mechanics.
• Additional responsibilities not listed may be required.
