Job summary

Worley is seeking a Combo Welder to lay out, align and weld fabrications for structural forms, tanks, vessels and piping, following blueprints and metallurgy. This hands-on role supports our industrial construction and maintenance projects in the United States.

Ideal candidates have strong arc welding skills, the ability to read drawings and work from sketches, and a minimum of four years in industrial construction or maintenance to deliver quality workmanship safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and make repairs to pipe, boilers, towers, exchangers, furnaces, and drums
• Set up equipment and weld either pipe, plate, or structural steel using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment
• Work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications
• Product quality work with reasonable efficiency
• Perform simple piping installations and repairs
• Assist other mechanics
• Additional responsibilities not listed may be required
