Job summary

The Systems Group in Blytheville, AR is seeking a Combo Pipe Welder for 8 day/night shifts during the NYS Shutdown. You will lay out, fit, and weld pipe components and structural parts in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities include welding in various positions and reading prints, with a $32/hour pay and $100/day per diem. OSHA-compliant safety gear and pass pre-employment qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Combo Pipe Welding in an industrial setting is preferred.
• Must be able to weld and pass qualification test coupons during the pre-employment test.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts prior to assembly.
• Weld piping components and structures per blueprints and orders.
• Plan installations to avoid obstructions.
• Secure pipes to structures with brackets and clamps.
• Weld flat, horizontal, vertical or overhead.
