Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation is seeking a Combo Driver to move freight between Service Center locations and to perform pickup and delivery tasks as required. The role includes loading/unloading, ensuring on-time, damage-free delivery, and maintaining equipment and dock areas.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English well.
• Count, add, and subtract digits up to 10,000s.
• Flexible hours and availability for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers and move freight across the terminal dock, with or without equipment.
• Load freight to and from dock/trailers according to Bills of Lading and labels.
• Plan loading to utilize space and minimize damage.
• Hook and unhook trailers, operate landing gear.
• Inspect equipment for defects and safe condition.
• Fuel trucks, tractors and other equipment.
• Maintain dock, trailers, yard and work areas.
• Perform safe operation of commercial motor vehicles.
