Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking an experienced Combatant Craft Instructor in Coronado, CA. The role involves professional instruction of customer personnel in accordance with Curriculum, TTPs, and TCSs, with a focus on Combat Craft maintenance and engineering systems.

The instructor will develop training materials, standardize procedures, and provide SME input for maintenance plans and SOPS, while coordinating with customer engineering for new curricula and doctrine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years within the last ten years as a SBT Combatant Craft Maintenance Manager and/or Technician.
• 5 years Navy Instructor experience supporting active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise and field training.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Instruct customer personnel per established Curriculum, TTPs and TCSs; develop training materials and procedures.
• Provide SME on Combat Craft maintenance, electrical and operational systems.
• Lead maintenance systems integration and assist in design/development of new curriculum and doctrine.
• Train personnel in Basic Diesel Engine Fundamentals and Basic Electrical Fundamentals per customer Engineering Department.
