Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Combatant Craft Instructor for Coronado, CA. The role delivers established curriculum, trains Navy personnel, and ensures readiness across CCA/CCM/CCH systems with emphasis on electrical and hull integrity.

Responsibilities include creating training materials, coordinating with government personnel, and applying 3M maintenance and safety procedures in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience as a SBT Combatant Craft Maintenance Manager/Technician in the last ten years.
• 5 years Navy Instructor experience supporting or augmenting active-duty training cadre with SME.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Active SECRET Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Instruct customer personnel per Curriculum, TTPs and TCSs; develop training materials and procedures.
• Provide SME on Combat Craft maintenance and related electrical/operational systems.
• Lead/assist maintenance systems integration and assist in curriculum development.
