Job summary

People Technology And Processes in Coronado, CA is seeking a Combatant Craft Instructor to train customer personnel in accordance with established curriculum, TTPs and TCSs, and to develop and standardize training materials and procedures.

The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of NAVY instructor experience, be proficient with MS Office, possess a valid state driver’s license, and hold an active SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ minimum experience as SBT Combatant Craft Maintenance Manager and/or Technician.
• 5 years’ NAVY Instructor experience supporting or augmenting active-duty training cadre.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active SECRET Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Instruct customer personnel according to established Curriculum, TTPs and TCSs.
• Develop and standardize training materials, planning processes, and procedures.
• Provide SME regarding Combat Craft maintenance and electrical/operational systems.
• Lead/assist maintenance systems integration and curriculum design.
