American Rheinmetall Vehicles is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Development to lead engineering development across survivability, structures, mobility, and related tests from design to vehicle build. The role includes coordinating digital, mechanical, and electrical interfaces to meet customer requirements and supporting proposal efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
• Experience delivering large, complex US Defense programs, preferably vehicle development.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams across sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to Combat Vehicle Program Director and other Combat Vehicle Programs.
• Lead a team, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
• Develop and mature AR program management tools and processes.
• Contribute to capture and proposal efforts for compliant, winning submissions.
• Manage program data elements to ensure on-time delivery to the USG customer.
