Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Installation Coordination Team (ICT) Project Manager to lead planning, coordination and installation activities for Combat System testing and modernization on naval platforms.

The ideal candidate has five years of systems engineering and combat systems integration experience in a U.S. Navy environment, with an active secret clearance, and strong communication skills to work with ISEA, TYCOM, Ship's Force, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Five years of experience in systems engineering and combat systems integration in a U.S. Navy environment.
• Expert knowledge of Aircraft Carrier/Amphibious Ship Integrated Combat Systems (SSDS).
• Ability to coordinate with ISEA, TYCOM, Program Offices, Ship's Force.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies, testing, certifications and participate in design reviews.
• Prepare reports and documents with accurate, organized information.
• Develop test documentation to assess ICS readiness of ships.
• Coordinate tests with Ship's Force, CNAF, ISEA, and contractors.
• Plan and manage complex projects for Combat Systems Engineering and ILS.
• Provide bid and proposal support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
