Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. is seeking a Combat System Test & Evaluation (T&E) Specialist in the United States. The role spans from component to system-level testing for PEO IWS RCO, involving lab, ship-based, and field tests.

You will plan, coordinate, execute, analyze, and report test activities, collaborate with government and vendors, and develop T&E documentation. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading or assisting planning for and/or conducting military laboratory and non-laboratory based developmental test events.
• Background in test team settings (Design of Experiment, statistics, analysis; USN experience; combat system, radar, electronic warfare applications; target/range services).
• Experience with basic test equipment.

• Prepare/review T&E documentation (planning, strategies, master plans, test plans, procedures, reports, SOWs, etc.).
• Track and monitor program and T&E risks and conduct risk reviews.

This position offers an exemplary career opportunity to provide T&E services to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) Rapid Capability Office (RCO) from component through system level test and demonstration.

SUMMARY Description

• Assist and/or lead test planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting for laboratory, ship-based, and land-based field testing.
• Work with various Government organizations, field testing sites, integrated product teams, technical teams, and various vendors to develop, identify, locate, support, acquire, and manage test requirements.
• Write and follow field test plans and produce test reports.
• Provide meeting attendance/support, presentation development/support, publication support, correspondence, action item tracking/closure in support of assigned Combat System programs.
• Prepare and/or review technical and programmatic T&E documentation (e.g. T&E planning and strategies, T&E Master Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, Trouble Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrixes, Technical Review Action Plans and Summary Reports Statements of Work, Acquisition documents).
• Track and monitor program and T&E risks and conduct risk reviews.

Support in the development and execution of T&E, program management, acquisition management, and strategies.
