Job summary

Envisioneering Inc. seeks an experienced Test Engineer to lead and coordinate laboratory, ship-based, and field testing. You will work with government agencies, field sites, and vendors to shape test requirements, develop test plans, and produce comprehensive reports.

The role requires 12+ years of experience, a DoD-appropriate background (USN, combat system, radar/EW), and a Bachelor in a related field. Travel and security clearances may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 12+ years relevant work experience in test and evaluation.
• Experience leading or assisting planning and execution of military test events.
• Background in USN, combat system, radar or electronic warfare applications, and target/range services.
• Experience with basic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist and/or lead test planning, coordination, execution, analysis, and reporting for lab, ship-based, and field testing.
• Collaborate with government organizations, field testing sites, IPTs, technical teams, and vendors to manage test requirements and prepare test reports.
• Prepare and/or review T&E documentation and monitor risks; support in development and execution of T&E strategies.
