Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Services Analyst in Columbus, OH. This onsite role supports retirement account inquiries from financial advisors and branch staff, ensuring accurate information and responsive service.

New hires will work onsite five days a week for the first 90 days. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least two years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research and resolve issues.
• Ability to handle challenging interactions professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems, policies, and procedures quickly.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH, five days a week for the first 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Respond to incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees regarding retirement services.
• Provide accurate information on retirement accounts, products, contributions, distributions, and related procedures.
• Use internal systems, tools, and resources to research questions and resolve issues.
• Route processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalate as needed.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Meet team and departmental performance goals.
