Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic skills in Bluebeam, Prolog, Box, and SAP, or ability to learn construction financial systems quickly.
• Basic math and accounting skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication with project and accounting teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and track subcontractor and supplier invoices with accurate coding and timely payment.
• Assist with monthly owner pay applications and supporting billing documentation.
• Track and maintain project compliance docs (lien waivers, COIs, subcontractor agreements).
• Support job cost tracking and reconciliation under supervision of Project Accountant or PM.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for assigned projects.
• Maintain and archive project financial documentation and establish filing systems.
• Attend project and financial review meetings and record minutes.
• Provide general administrative support to project accounting and teams as needed.
