Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, coordination, administration, or another people‑focused role.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable conducting phone screens and speaking with candidates throughout the day.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized during periods of high hiring volume.
• Strong follow‑through and responsiveness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work full‑time in our Columbus office.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Complete phone screens and candidate qualification conversations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS
• Provide timely updates and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support hiring managers by coordinating schedules, gathering feedback, and maintaining recruiting visibility
• Assist with offer preparation and pre‑employment activities
• Support onboarding coordination and new hire handoff processes
• Maintain recruiting trackers, reports, and documentation
• Participate in career fairs, hiring events, and recruiting initiatives as needed
• Deliver a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
