Job summary

reAlpha is seeking licensed Ohio real estate salespersons and associate brokers to focus on the Columbus market. You will communicate with homebuyers, coordinate property tours, and assist through offers and closing, using Prevu's platform for transparency and savings.

You’ll work full-time, earn a base salary plus commissions, and access company-paid training and continuing education to stay ahead in a competitive real estate landscape.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio license as Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker.
• Local knowledge about real estate, neighborhoods, and recent trends.
• Experience with home tours, comparative market analysis, and negotiation of home purchases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with assigned homebuyers to provide high-quality service.
• Leverage Prevu’s technology to engage buyers, organize tours, manage offers, and respond promptly.
• Attend property tours and provide expert insights in real time.
• Perform CMA to advise buyers on pricing and market trends for successful transactions.
• Guide buyers from offer through closing, including negotiations and referrals.
