• Proficient with MS Office and mobile work order tools.

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on medical office buildings.
• Maintain and update work orders and maintenance records promptly.
• Support building upkeep tasks and on-call rotations.
• Ensure safety and reliability of BAS, electrical, HVAC and life safety systems.
