Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate, transactional, M&A, or closely related business law experience.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition agreements and related transaction documents.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent legal writing and client-service skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Work on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and ongoing business matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage key transaction documents.
• Advise clients on contracts and transaction strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients for mentorship and development.
