Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in complex commercial litigation including business disputes, real estate, breach of fiduciary duties, contract disputes, business torts, and class actions.
• Ability to prepare quality first drafts of pleadings, motion papers, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills for collaborative team work.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in Ohio.
• Assist with fast-paced litigation, manage priorities, and anticipate issues.
• Draft and file legal documents and participate in hearings as needed.
