Job summary

Patton Properties, Inc. in Columbia, SC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of single-family and small multi-unit properties across multiple neighborhoods.

You will handle administration, leasing, service and resident relations, with duties spanning front desk tasks, registrations, and coordinating with agents. The role requires strong computer skills, proficiency with property management software (AppFolio preferred), time management, and knowledge of Fair Housing

Qualifications

• Computer literacy and proficiency with various software.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to agents as needed.
• Process registration forms in received order.
• Update registration tracker and front desk emails.
• Check voicemails and return calls at least twice daily.
• Send inquiry responses to new guest cards daily.
• Update lockbox log and key closet weekly.
• Assist other property managers as needed.
• Greet guests at the front door and sign for packages.
