Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager at QuikTrip, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting store operations and helping your team succeed. Under the guidance of the Store Manager and in coordination with other Assistant Managers, you will promote teamwork, uphold company policies, and support a respectful, inclusive, and customer-focused environment. Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience
• Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.

Schedule / Work / Travel

• Work Pattern: Shift work; may include evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (essential personnel during weather/events).
• Physical / Environment: Requires standing for extended periods and routine walking.
• Requires lifting up to 30-60 lbs
• May work in cold/freezer areas or outdoors at times.
