Job summary

QuikTrip is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager for a store role in Travelers Rest/Flat Rock. You will support store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help train clerks on your shift, contributing to a high-performing team culture.

Under the Store Manager and other Assistant Managers, you will promote teamwork, uphold policies, and ensure a respectful, inclusive environment while working evenings, weekends, and holidays as essential personnel.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Desired Experience: Retail store sales experience.
• Desired Skills: Pleasant disposition; patience to deal with difficult situations; self-motivated, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to communicate in English, verbally and in writing, with customers, vendors, and employees.
