Job summary

Pearle Vision is hiring an Associate Optometrist in Columbia, MD. You will deliver and lead the execution of NECE, partnering with the store leadership to create a safe, motivating environment focused on patient care and growth.

You will coach Associates on clinical protocols, maintain doctor-patient relationships, and strive for excellence across exams, patient outcomes, and store performance while upholding compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers NECE and leads execution of patient care in the NECE framework.
• Greet patients and assist with phone inquiries as needed.
• Ensures accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Maintains a positive doctor/patient relationship and coaches peers on protocols.
• Collaborates with store team to ensure a seamless eyecare experience and optimal patient outcomes.
