Job summary

Pearle Vision is hiring an Associate Optometrist to deliver exceptional eye care in a neighborhood Pearle Vision store. You will partner with the Store Manager and Field Leadership to build a safe, motivating work environment that fosters commitment, innovation, and growth for the organization.

In this role you greet patients, perform pre-testing, discuss eyewear needs, and guide patients through diagnoses and treatment options while coaching peers on clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead NECE with a 100% commitment to patient service.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
• Conduct service following clinical protocols and standards.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain positive doctor/patient relationships and coach associates on protocols.
• Collaborate with store team to provide a seamless eyecare experience.
• Lead training in front desk, pre-testing, contact lens training, and clinical protocols.
