The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1:6 on-call rotation, a flexible approach to practice design, and access to a premier technology-forward environment in Northwest Indiana.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide post-operative follow-up care and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci).
• Perform colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions

Job Type : Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:6 call rotation

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform).
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists
