Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Hobart, IN is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, tech-forward healthcare environment. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule within a Monday–Friday framework and a 1:7 on-call rotation as part of a premier facility with ongoing growth.

You will diagnose and treat a wide range of GI and hepatobiliary disorders, perform endoscopic procedures, and coordinate care with surgical and primary care teams to ensure timely screenings and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Board certification or clear plan for certification with timeline.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Manage 20-30 clinic patients per day.
• Manage 10-15 hospital patients per day.
• Maintain 1:7 call rotation.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Collaborate with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary (liver) disorders
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15
• Call Rotation: 1:7
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in an outpatient or hospital setting to diagnose and treat digestive diseases
• Manage a high-volume clinical practice, coordinating longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease
• Work alongside surgical and primary care teams to ensure integrated treatment plans and timely screenings

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
