Accounting Search in Hobart, IN is seeking a Gastroenterologist for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:7 call rotation. This position offers a unique opportunity to design your practice around professional goals within a tech-forward environment.

The role includes diagnostic and therapeutic GI care, endoscopic procedures, and collaboration with surgical and primary care teams to deliver integrated treatment plans. Indiana license and board eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for GI and hepatobiliary disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30.
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15.
• Call Rotation: 1:7.
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures.
• Coordinate longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease.
• Work with surgical and primary care teams for integrated treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary (liver) disorders
• Clinic patients per day: 20-30
• Hospital patients per day: 10-15
• Call Rotation: 1:7
• Perform routine and advanced endoscopic procedures in an outpatient or hospital setting to diagnose and treat digestive diseases
• Manage a high-volume clinical practice, coordinating longitudinal care for chronic conditions like IBD and liver disease
• Work alongside surgical and primary care teams to ensure integrated treatment plans and timely screenings

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
